Logging in on the platform

If you have not been specifically invited by your client, to register on the platform, 

yet you would like to become their supplier, you may use the "Apply here" button

on the login page to do so, should such an option be available. 

Please mind that the "Apply here" option, if available, must be used only once,

to register your company on the platform. 

If you are already registered as a supplier, either by self registration, as mentioned

above, or after having been invited by your client, please use the right side of the

screen and fill in your login and password to sign in.

In order to access the platform, you will need to use your assigned login and a

password. Depending on the client's preferances, your login might have the form

of name.lastname or your email adress.

If you do not remember your login or your password, you can use the

"Forgot Password or Login?" option to retrieve either or both of them. 

Your credentials, login and temporary password, will be sent to you by email, in two separate

messages, to the email address that was provided to register your contact. Please see an example

of these emails below.

Please copy and paste your credentials carefully into the respective fields on the login page.

Please pay special attention when putting in the password, as to not copy an extra space in front

of or behind it. To check this, paste in the password, use the "show password" functionality

(eye icon) and click inside the password field. Should there be a space between your blinking cursor

and the last digit of the password, please remove it.

Click "Sign in" to continue.

If this is the very first time you are accessing the platform, you may need to accept the platform

usage terms and conditions to proceed.

In the next step you will be required to set up a personalized password. 

Please mind the password creation criteria listed on the right side. As your password meets them,

they will turn green.

Unmet criteria will be shown in red.

Please type in your new password again for confirmation and click on "Save" to access the platform.

Make sure the passwords in the two fields match. Use the "show password" option

(eye icon on the right) to check.

For any following sign ins on the platform, please use your designated login name and the password

you created.

Some platform content is opened in pop-up windows. Having an active pop-up blocker in your browser

will prevent you from using some of its core functionality.
