Some platform content is opened in pop-up windows. Having an active pop-up blocker in your browser will prevent you from using some of the platform core functionality.

Microsoft Edge:
Open the browser menu in the top right corner and find the menu point "Settings",
Open the browser settings and click on ‘’Cookies and site permissions’’.
On the right side of the page you will find the settings for "Pop-up’s and redirects".
Alternatively you may use the search bar at the top of the page to find the setting.

Clicking on "Pop-ups and redirects" you can choose to either allow all pop-ups, for all sites, or only the sites you need.
Google Chrome:
Find the browser menu in the top right corner and click on "Settings".

In "Settings", click the submenu "Privacy and security", followed by "Site settings" on the right side of the page.

Alternatively, you can use the search bar to search for "pop-ups". This will point you directly to the setting for "Pop-ups and redirects".
Click the setting for "Pop-ups and redirects" and select 'Sites can send pop-ups and redirects".
Mozilla Firefox
Find the browser menu in the top right corner and click on "Settings".
Click the "Privacy and security" submenu, scroll down to "Permissions". The setting for "Block pop-up windows" lets you activate or deactivate this functionality.

Alternatively you can you the search bar to find the setting for blocking pop-up windows directly and deselect the option to allow pop-ups.
