Forgot Password or Login?

If you do not remember your login or your password, you can use the "Forgot Password or Login?" option to retrieve either or both of them. 

To reset your password, type in your login and the email adress you registered with. 

Click "Generate new password" and a new temporary password will be emailed to you. 

After having received the password, go back to the login page, type in your login and the newly received password and click on "Sign in" to proceed.

To retrieve your login, click "Forgot Password or Login?", then click "Forgot Username?" and type in the email adress you registered with and finally click "Recover".

Your login will be sent to your email.  

Go back to the login page to sign in on the platform.
